What's the betting if it had been at CP it would have been off??????

Whatever complaints people have about certain areas of the Arena, the pitch held up well to the monsoon tonight and that in an area of Westgate known for its flooding. The drainage obviously worked and proved what an excellent playing surface we appear to have irrespective of the rain..

However when the temp falls below 0c we can expect problems as the sun will not get onto the area of the ground shielded by the McGuigan Stand.

Yes , thought the pitch withstood what was a tremendous amount of rain all day long and monsoon conditions at kick off time.

The monsoon conditions leading up to kick off meant lots of fans attempting to get into blocks C and D through one turnstile === YES 1 turnstile were drenched although that was forgotten though as the team performed on the pitch with Sammy (at last) playing 4 4 2 at home.

The pitch looked very good for the amount of water on it. Was a bit concered after we went 1-0 that it wouln't stop raining and the match would have to be called off.

Pitch held up well, the far car park didn't !

She saw a space, went for it, then realised a canoe and paddle were required
