The cameras do tend to wander to the section of idiots in the crowd, especially as there are no scantily clad active women to pan the camera on in Manchester in October!

We need Rooney to play in this country. His 200K a week brings us 5M a year in income tax, not to mention the V.A.T. on the cars that he buys. Colleens shoes will cost a few quid as well. Without this there will have to be more spending cuts!

30 Man u fans have turned up at Rooneys house with a banner say sign for City and you die, police now involved.

I wonder if the 40 morons presenting death threats persuaded Rooney to sign a new 5 year deal?

http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/footbal ... 118602.stm

I can't believe that no arrests were made, 40 thugs threatening someone's life, don't even get a public disorder charge or anything "because they dispersed peacefully"

Love him or hate him, it takes balls to admit he was wrong after all the media coverage this week.

I suspect that we will now see Crooney return to the goalscoring trail.

However I'm not sure how the United fans will react to this shock news knowing how they feel to anybody who is disrespectful to their club, nomatter who or what they are.

I think we should all go round to Jevons house and threaten to kill his budgie if he does not start scoring soon.
