Out of the frying pan into the fire?
At least the "yanks out" banners can be re-used in 18 months.

Looks liek the Judge has gone to town on the Yanks and rejected every request they have put in.

After ruling against them the Yanks requested an injuction to stop the board rushing the sale through which was rejected.

Liverpool said a board meeting will be held tonight at 8pm Yanks said they want it 10am tomorrow rejected.

RBS asked for Yanks to pay court costs - accepted

L'pool have asked for their costs to be payed not sure on that outcome.

Best one of all asked for an appeal - rejected but can still apply to the court of appeal but I doubt they can do that by 8pm tonight, thats why they were wanting to stall the meeting until tomorow.

Very good

That reminds me of a time that i went on a protest march in Blackpool that finished at the Tory Party conference, we were all stood across from the entrance when Maggie made her exit a large group of party workers, aides, etc followed her just out of camera shot cheering and clapping. When it was shown on the evening news all you could see and hear was Maggie walking out to apparently a warm welcome from the general public, no view or mention of the protesters and the aides not in camera shot, talk about spin.

Many of you will know that there is a statue of John Lennon at Liverpool Airport. There is a plaque underneath this with "above us only sky" engraved on it. Under this, someone has written "below us only Wolves and West Ham".
“Britain faces a simple and inescapable choice - stability and strong Government with me, or chaos with Ed Miliband: ".

David Cameron. May 4th 2015.
So how did that work out then?
