I dont know about yourself essex but I have been watching morecambe for 16 years and I can't remember morecambe playing well at home with any formation other than 4 4 2, in recent years we have been a very good footballing team, passing an moving has been delightful to watch but having 1 man upfront doesnt work for us. Sometimes I feel we want to walk the ball in to the back of the net and not shoot


Before the last home match (gillingham) I watched the team play a game of pass an move, it was really good as the passing an moving was very good, when it came to the match, we were still playing pass an move and nobody would shoot when they got near the goals, I am sure in the players head they must be thinking they have to pass it to the nearest team mate and dare not shoot

why dont they just shoot......
