Evidently Bury World have 30 minutes of Saturdays game for their World subscribers.

Any reason as to why we can't get the same action?

Am I a complete dunce, or is it not possible to view premiership material on (Morecambe) World? I've been quite happy with the service until I've now found that I can't access these sites - despite World's publicity (before you pay) making it quite clear that you can access 'All World Sites'.

I hope this is a temporary glitch, but I'm a bit concerned that I've paid for something that isn't being delivered.

Anyone who has yet to subscribe to World (and others for that matter) might be interested in the following correspondence I've had with them. If you can't be bothered to read the whole lot, the nub is that their current advertising is misleading - you can't get access to premiership material....

Dear Geraint,

Thank you for contacting us.

Your statement is correct and this was the case until recently.
Unfortunately the Premiership have now exercised their rights over
the Premiership clubs for whom we provide the webssite facilities
and required us to change the access rights. We are obliged to
respect the broadcasting rights of the rights owners.

We are in the process of changing the advertising and apologise for
what is now an inacccurate statement.

Best Regards,

But your publicity clearly states I should have access to '/all/
world'
sites...

I've been trying to access the Blackburn site, and do not understand
why I cannot do so.

In view of the way in which you have sold your product to me -
stating clearly that I would have access to 'all world' sites - am I
going to have to report this to the Consumers' Association as a case
of misselling?

Geraint

Dear Geraint,

Thank you for contacting us.

It is only possible for you to access other football league clubs.

I registered for Morecambe World and noted that the annual pass
provides, amongst other things, 'access (to) all world sites'.
However, it does not appear to be possible to access videos for
premiership clubs for the current season. Am I missing something?

This is the reply I got from PTV when I put this query to them. If anyone wants to send me their details I'll pass them on to try and get a proper reply to this. PTV told us that World access meant every site so I won't be too happy either if this is not the case.

Hi Derek,

Many thanks for your email. I can confirm that all Morecambe world subscribers should be able to access the world content on all FLi sites but occasionally the order can be missing this access level, if you have the details of any customer who can’t access any site please send their details to me (name, email address and postcode if possible) and I can ask our customer service department to check on their access level.

Best regards,[/i]

I can't get access to any other FLi site other than our own.

Poor do when all I get on MFCWorld TV is the same action as on Championship on a Sunday morning.

e-mailed Quinny with my details as suggested.

Same here, although in the highlights section I can use the drop down menus to pick highlights from other teams' matches

What's the latest situation regarding "our" away commentary, Derek? I haven't yet registered, partly because this is the main attraction for me and I've been to all the away matches so far. I hope to get to Barnet, work permitting, but will probably subscribe if I can't get there.
