Wayne watch at Fleetwood

Postby Punchtown bury » Wed Aug 25, 2010 8:04 pm

Been watching Fleetwood Town making debut in the conference, in particuarly Wayne, for my money he was the best player in the Mansfield game, scoring the first and then working hard in the home game against Luton. Although substituted in both he has been definatly instrumental in Fleetwoods succesful start. Before you start for my sins i have just had to move to Fleetwood ! New ground development with a LED screen that would look good in the Globe.

I'm led to believe he had a cracking game up at Gateshead last night too mate.

Town winning 2-0, i can seriously see them getting a Play Off Place ....

If they carry on like this and with the support they get there is a very good chance they may just about make the play offs.

Wayne had a very good game for Fleetwood against York City today leading the line well and setting up the second goal in the 2-1 win. Ian Craney also played but was subbed in the second half. As mentioned before the scoreboard is indeed a cracker showing replays of all the main incidents just what we could do with at the Arena

I thought they couldn't show most things as replays? Hence the cock-up at the World Cup when an incident was 'accidentally' shown which proved the ref had made the wrong decision and a goal shouldn't have counted (Teves was clearly off-side v Mexico).

So how did that work out then?

I'm not sure; I've definitely been somewhere in the past 5 years or so where there was a big screen in the ground complete with replays; it may even have shown the match live but I can't remember for sure. It may have been Oxford.

I believe that a club is not allowed to show the replays during the game. But at half time, when the officials are not on the pitch, clubs are allowed to show the first half highlights. Bolton for example do that when. Rangers also show highlights at half time. But at the same time use the 2 big screens as sponsor boards. I.e this goal is sponsored by .... which is added revenue.

So the more home goals that are scored... the more revenue! I like it. It would pay for the scoreboard! I presume equipment like that can be leased.
I still believe!

I went to The Emirates two seasons ago for a Carling Cup tie Arsenal v Wigan and the big screens were showing any goals, shots, saves etc during the game

Always Right what ever you wanna say about me good.

This is a football site yeah.

And I wanna go Barnet away meeting new friends of mine that I speak to on facebook and of course on this site.

And I got a job as a trainee Team Leader starting Monday for the best chicken factory in the uk.

Bring on Morecambe vs Barnet I wanna think of other locals teams ie Wycombe but this is done already maybe Northampton Town also

Of course I was only thinking of quick answers sorry.

Just I am moving to Colchester and then working in a chicken factory in Ipswich / Stowmarket as a traineer team leader just like I was in Morecambe before the company burnt down while I was a trainee team leader
