What a brilliant draw! My Burnley fan wife is saying 'oh f...' repeatedly, in a not very confident manner! Looks like I'll need time off work again and a ticket for the away end!

Live on Sky THIS TIME???

So how did that work out then?

Excellent draw for the club, quite a few Burnley fans in the resort.

Accrington also got a good draw, Newcastle at home!

What a draw. Chuffed for the Fittons. And can't wait to see Peter next door but one.

Best team we've ever drawn in a cup competition at home? No offence to 4th in the Prem Ipswich but this is a bit special.

Where's Burnley Shrimp when you want to hear from him? An airport.

Of those, I'd say the live game will be one of the following:

Accrington v Newcastle
Leeds v Leicester
MK Dons v Blackpool
Morecambe v Burnley
Crewe v Ipswich
Southampton v Bolton
Bradford v Preston

Live TV's love in with Leeds may make them favourite.
Bradford HUGE City v PNE wouldn't be a surprise because of history and Bradford being a MASSIVE club.
Lancashire derby at new ground? Surely this time we're in with a shout? Nah, probably not.

Accy - Newcastle must be a shoe-in for live coverage surely?

Bit unfair on Ipswich, didn't they qualify for the UEFA cup the season we played them? If I remember rightly, the Ipswich game was televised, and created a massive amount of interest locally, so I'd say that game was bigger. It'll be the 3rd round tie this season that'll be the biggest home game for Morecambe, when we draw Man U or Liverpool, I've seen the future...

By the way, there are two games live on sky. One on Wednesday 25th and one on Thursday 26th.

ooh, that may be good news, if we're chosen for Wednesday. I may struggle to do a day trip on Tuesday evening. Manx Grand Prix practice week, so lots of bikes heading over the water and restricted numbers on the Steam Racket on Tuesday nights, so already worried! Any idea when they decide?

Yes if we keep this up I've got to start tactically planning the hols better. Wolves away and stuck in Florida, Mighty Clarets at home and stuck in Spain  The tie got a few mentions from the Sky pundits as being a good un' so you never know there might be a bar near Barcelona showing the game and turned red for the night'

But seriously though, if we win this my sons and I have bragging rights for quite some time to come.
