O/T Milnthorpe's Sports centre costs

A lot has been posted about the cost of the Globe Arena. After some research, I've found out that the cost of the Dallam School's Sports Centre at Milnthorpe cost £3 million.

Anybody who knows the centre will see that it offers less outdoor facilities than the Globe although the indoor centre probably offers slightly more. Assuming that the cost of the Community Block and the outdoor pitches at the Globe are roughly the same, then the club have done very well to build the Globe Arena AND kit it out to the level that they have for the money.
