Well normal office hours are
Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM

.... but avoid 1:00pm to 2:00pm as they are likely to be closed for lunch.

Thanks for that guys...I'm at a wedding at 10am and away on holiday next week and only found out about tickets last night...the start of the season has crept up on me

There is also some info under 'Club Shop' on the official site. Not trying to be arsey, just thought I would point out that the info was there, but you are correct, should have also been after the article.
