Pre season friendlies

Pre season friendlies

Postby Blackpool Shrimp » Tue Jul 20, 2010 10:36 pm

they arent a true reflection normally take tonight for example.. bury beat leeds 4-0 but leeds first team squad are abroad. peterborough got beaten but also played aston villa last night so would only have been reserves....a lot of time the bigger clubs have two or three teams playing on same night so there is always going to be few surprising results against lower league opposition

Never take pre season form into nothing I remember the season Charlton went down and we won 4 out of 5 and beat Lazio and hamburg.
And I did not see relegation coming.

Morecambe will be fine and it is good we are playing trial players and new signings I know result was awful but come on it is not the end of the day

It was the Leeds first team. Or as good as: Schmeichel, Hughes, Bessone, Howson, Collins, Bromby, Snodgrass, Kilkenny, Grella, Becchio and Johnson. Subs included Gradel and Somma.
