Morecambe reject! Apparently he applied for the Morecambe manager job in the early 60's but was turned down for his lack of experience.

Not seen this Motty interview before...

Liked watching the program after the documentary .

Brain Clough greatest England boss we never had instead we had dirty revie from dirty Leeds.

What made me laugh was when Clough met his Leeds players after winning with league with derby saying all those medals and caps you won you can chuck it into a skip because you cheated for them.

That is how bosses should be.

He had respect for his players and believed in them

People talk about money is ruining the game and foreigners but this is not the case.

I watched a interview with Clough and John Motson was the presenter and he made Motson look small with his views in refs , chairman's , and money.

TV with the sports coverage is ruining football as in if it was not for the football coverage then players wont get paid 40,000 a week in the premiership and some earn 100,00+.

I do think this man is a best British coach in history he did not really spend any top cash and took teams from bottom on championship to premiership and uefa winner twice .
But one time only with Nottingham Forest and not Derby because the chairman wanted to throw the game vs Leeds due to cup semi in Europe vs juventus.

I think he is the best of all time and should of retired from football after the 91 cup final bye tottenham

I hadn't realised that Taylor began at Burton Albion, so Nigel starting there, then Derby had links with history on both occasions.
