it's a 10 mile run with a 30kg backpack on and army boots(no trainers) on the same course you get tested on with selection joining the paras
you have 3hrs to do it in, the entry time for the paras is 1hr.30mins am hoping to do it if my back will handle it

But now the weight is starting to go up . I am interested in running and giving other people a opportunity IE people having cancer better help that they clearly need.
I am thinking about doing this 10mile run with 30kg's on back.
When I was slimmer I could run 5miles in 27minutes
