O/T Big spending Crawley and others

According to the Non league Paper, super gob Crawley manager Steve Evans (remember him from his Boston fiasco?) has signed Salisbury's Matt Tubbs for £70,000 and have offered Rushden £150,000 for Lee Tomlin as well as £125,000 to York for Richard Brodie and £50,000 for Luton's Matthew Barnes-Homer.

In addition they are offering salaries to tempt new players of up to £2000 per week.

Seems like some clubs will never learn, in particular those associated with Evans. However York manager Martin Foyle is fearful for the future of some of the Blue Square Bet Premier league clubs including Fleetwood where money seems to be freely available to their manager who didn't have to waste much energy in persuading Ian Craney and other ex Stanley players to join them.

Despite my earlier posts of wanting Craney, maybe we are better without his like after all....
