This is a right mess for them and probably hiding a real problem.

Current embargo because accounts not filed. A good accountant could sort this out in a week - presumably not filed because they show club in a right financial mess (dont know but my guess).

Then accounts filed lifting current embargo, but new one then in place because of financial problems.

Cant see this ending well.

Most of the article seems to indicate this as an admin problem and easily resolved. Yet these accounts were from 2008-09 when they were in a right mess. However the only line that matters is at the end of the article. Despite all the protests that all is actually well wages were paid late last month.
