Smiling staff.
Toilets that work.
Clean sink.
Working lightbulb.
No chavs throwing stuff at you from the behind the stand.

That's nine major improvements on Haig Avenue.

Didn't read the title, but could have sworn it was a revised Giant Axe (or shoulod that read Small Axe :?: :?: :?: )
