So is that the LEP jumping the gun or making an assumption that it will be a Tuesday game?

The Shrimps can now confirm that their Carling Cup first round clash with Coventry City will take place at the Globe Arena on Tuesday, August 10 after both clubs came to an agreement over the date.

The game had oringinally been set for the Wednesday.

If they televise 1st Round ties, I reckon we've got a good chance of being on. Not many other "Minnows v decent side" games apart from maybe Chesterfield v Middlesborough

Not surprisingly Chesterfield are live on Sky. Maybe the Sky people want to guarantee not getting soaked!
