Just getting ready to set off up to Edinburgh for the next of my big challenges! - the Edinburgh marathon on Sunday.

I just hope the weather is kind and not as warm as is currently forecast!!

Going to be aiming for 3hours 45mins, wish me luck :D

I don't think people quite realise how much a simple good luck message or a well done can lift you and spur you on. I just hope I can recover in time for the Cross bay Half in 2 weeks time, it's going to be a close call. :?

Congratulations Paul. Another challenge complete - and you didn't have your Dad holding you up this time ;)

Keep up the good work.
