Action replay

Just had the first chance to view the action on Morecambe World.

Without doubt there is room for optimism after a much improved performance and credit to Blinks for the knock down to Rene for the opening goal. However would still have liked to have seen O'Carroll come on with 30 minutes left to replace him(?).

Maybe it's those rose tinted specs of mine but was Roach impeded by Morrell for their first and it looked as though their second came as the result of our defence pushing up and not being able to get back in time because two Bury players were in our box waiting for the cross with only Arts getting back to offer any defensive protection.

A much improved performance but it could have been oh so different had we taken our chances. For me Bury quickly ran out of options with both strikers effectively shut out of the game by Jimbo and Arts.

It can only get better starting this Saturday v Daggers.

Cost be a bloody fortune to get revolving lenses fitted though!

Maybe I should have them fixed on the rose tinted side ?
