Postby Morecambe Player » Sun May 16, 2010 11:14 am

As you know, the game is on live just about everywhere, but for those unable to listen to local radio or watch Sky, Morecambe Player will have live commentary with Derek Quinn and a special guest.

We'll also be tweeting as the game goes on, so hopefully you will catch up with that too. Check http://www.twitter.com/morecambeplayer .

Any comments, requests or feedback, as ever you can get in touch at morecambeplayer@live.co.uk

Enjoy the game and lets hope for a decent result.

What the hell is going on? They are all over us.
Come on Morecambe, start winning some of those 2nd balls and get back to playing football.

As always though, wide men struggle to make in impact at Dagenham. I've noticed that time and time again down the years. Damage limitations at the moment I feel.

This is pathetic.

Still, highest league position in history so can't complain about the season. Onwards and upwards next season.

This has to be the worst performance of the season. May as well award the tie now.

Well at least we got this far.
Again its a case of us fans exceeding our expectations
Dont forget that we have only been in this league 3 years
I think its time for me to hit the bar

So I walked miles, argued with pub landlords and spent a load of money in the bar that finally changed the channel for me to watch that load of complete shit? It might be the highest league position we've ever had but that was a capitulation. Shameful.

I feel sorry for the hardy fans who travelled all the way to the game on the coaches.

Do we have 7+ goals in us for the 2nd leg?

well just watched the game on Sky and right now I am lost for words worst performance this season. Dagenham went at us right from the off and were very lucky to get the first goal because it was offside best we can hope for now is to reduce the aggregate score at Christie because it will need Dagenham to play worse than we did today for us to win it now. :(

Blessing in disguise frankly. We would have embarrassed ourselves in League 1 without an entire new team. We got into the position we did thanks to team spirit and a never say die attitude. The other 3 got where they are because they are actually good, but inconsistent sides. We were pathetic today and no one can claim that the scoreline flattered them because it should really have been more. The players let themselves and more importantly the fans down today and they should be ashamed.
