Oysters Mornay and Kilpatrick o/t

Got some large Pacific oysters yesterday.
Pre fried some diced bacon, then added a splash of Worcester Sauce put on top of Oysters and grill for 5 mins.
Also put grated cheese over the other 6 oysters and mornayed them.
Gradely they were.
I think I'll be going for Sydney Rock Oysters in future, bit smaller, and more tasty.
