Kasper Schmeichel is probably worth three times as much as our entire squad put together, so no real embarrassment getting beaten by a County team who really should be well clear at the top of the league.

3-1 Artell from a corner. Lee Hughes going off. We hit the bar too. How often have we hit the woodwork this season?

Defensive frailties yet again by the sounds of it.

:!: :!: :!:

....and yet we win the corner count 7-4

Shots on target 10 Off target 8.

:o :o :o

Could that possibly be because we're missing half our first choice defence away against top of the league? :?

Our goal difference took a bit of a hammering today. It was looking really good before today and with it so tight for 7th it was a big advantage for us over a couple of teams but we have fallen below a couple of the other teams now.

sounds like we lost it in midfield, and defending at a team as a whole

just wipe our mouths and move on to the next game.

...but it's happened too many times this season that we fail to mark men in the box as was the case again today according to Quinny.

Interesting stat I noticed in the Bradford programme (which is rubbish by the way) that we have hit te woodwork more than any other side this season.

Sammy said we were "soft centered" today but agreed our football was excellent at times. He did say we defended "shockingly" though. He is going for maximum points from the remaining games as you would expect.

I still think we are in a good position, lets stick a few past our friend Tony Roberts and get back into the mix next saturday :D

Steve Williams who's stands at 6.4ft and is built like a athlete very strong and comfortable on the ball played well against us last time at CP

and he is a Preston born lad i work with one of his mates who drinks with him and use to play with him at youth level

so playing for morecambe wouldn't be a problem as he already lives in this area and would be a perfect replacement to eventually take over from Bentley
