Can we have him?

We have a 'media team' at southport who you wouldn't want near any media and are all fans of prog rock!

Southport in Shock Transfer Bid for Mark S

Next week's headline in the Visiter and Visitor!
“Britain faces a simple and inescapable choice - stability and strong Government with me, or chaos with Ed Miliband: ".

David Cameron. May 4th 2015.
So how did that work out then?

Hang on, what can we get for him? I know he is a top PA guy so his value in the announcers transfer market must be huge. Unfortunately I think we have missed the transfer window.

I think we all recognize what a top, top job Mark does and I'm sure the club do too. We are very lucky to have him and nobody should be publicly hung, drawn, and quartered for one error.

Everyone needs to get over it and get on with it.

Still scratching my head over that one myself :?

I have had two different times and one vague description. If it was before 2.10pm then it was 'auto selected' if it was after that it was human error. Either way, it wont happen again.

Many thanks for the feedback, it means a lot.

I have swapped messages with Bill ding and he wasnt complaining, it was a tongue in cheek message that was lost in translation and subsequent posts. I thanked Bill for bringing it to my attention as I do take the job seriously. I am glad he brought it up.

I wish I knew who the Dad and lad were. As a parent I can empathise with the situation. Hope it didnt spoil his day. Hopefully he might read this.

Thanks again.

...tchoh!

:(

I thought it was part of a new pre-match 'sweary slot'. Does all this mean I shouldn't bring my Dr Dre CD for you to play at the Torquay game?

Dr Dre? You old fart! If that is the most upto date 'darn wid da kidz' reference you can think of then it is time to think more Greenwoods than Greenday!

See you Saturday for a very mature day out ;)

It's been around a while but I'd still put it up in the top 10 'sweary Mary' albums.

I'll bring it at the weekend!

If it's requests you're doing....

Can I have one from the Album "Reasons to be Cheerful, The Best of Ian Dury"?

Track 19 would be nice! ;)

New Boots and Panties by Ian Dury is the one,
Imagine the look on my father in laws face when his 16 year old daughter says 'Dad, i've just bought the new album by Ian dury, and there's a song about Plaistow on it, your from that neck of the woods aren't you?, have a listen ............'
My, how we laughed!
School kids were listening to that, and that was over 30 years ago!!

Then when the covers album came out we asked Phil the Blackburn supporting d.j. to play it at the 'stairs quiz night, thinking he would know, but he didn't,
of course by the time he got to turn it off it was too late....
My, how we laughed once more!
