the majority of us who go to most games and dont have a season ticket cant then buy on saturday when we are at the ground, either have to make a special trip or wait til next game

The way I read the announcement is there will be no 'next game' - a special opening on saturday for season ticket holders and then normal office hours - 9.00 - 5.00, Monday to Friday. Therefore like you say the many people who attend every, or most games, and are not season ticket holders, are going to have to take time off work to get their ticket, or take the risk that it won't be sold out on the day.

why can't you buy them on a Saturday at the ground youm only have to nip in it would only take a couple of mins to hand over cash and them to give you tickets

Or speak to a season ticket holder who doesn't need the two extra for themselves?
I would even say it would be worth an e-mail to the commercial department explaining the situation and asking them if they could 'sort something' on Saturday?

I'd be more concerned about them selling your seat before you get to it.

I know you are trying your best boys but it's not half a mill hits material. It's been done before and the original was just too good. As a tribute it's not a bad effort though.
