Just added Sean O'Connor to the name drop list, 8-)

i.e.

'Yeah I was just chatting online to Sean O'Connor, you know the guy who designs that top rated football programme in the UK'.
Yeah known him for years, he does this radio show in the UK,

You know the rest.

For those not in the know, Aspers is king of the 'double name drop', so the conversation above will actually be reported as...

"...as I was telling Pink over dinner last night, "yeah I was chatting with Sean O'Connor, you know the guy who designs that top rated football programme in the UK, you must have heard of him? Anyway..."
“Britain faces a simple and inescapable choice - stability and strong Government with me, or chaos with Ed Miliband: ".

David Cameron. May 4th 2015.
So how did that work out then?

Congratulations.

Make sure that for the rest of this season, and next season, there's one of those rosette type things on the cover which proclaims "League 2 Programme Of The Year" or something which makes the award glaringly obvious!!

Funny you should say that Keith because when I was with Whitney last Saturday at the Hunter Valley, ( I went there instead of going to mardi gras with George Michael) I was chatting with Casey Burgess (Hi 5 used to teach her ballet) and I was telling her I was missing the English football commentary by coming here.
My Brother in Law was playing Drums for Tom Jones also at another venue in the Hunter and Shannon Hotzpfaffel (spelling)(1 of Michael Jacksons dancers and a Brisbane lad) was dancing for Whitney so you can imagine the party. Tom, Whitney, the dancers and there was this lad from Morecambe wishing he could listen to the match against Port vale..
It's not unusual ........ to party hard in the Hunter.
8-)

I'd give that an 8 out of 10.

Who needs Whitney when we've got Michelle Marsh. Maybe we should have an interview with her from the perspective of being a working mum and a footballer's wife.

Just a bump up for this thread seeing as the Cobbler seemed to think that their "Northern Programme Club" award for best programme was in some way more prestigious than Ockers' award.
