Did you know that 10 years from today, you can claim Pension Credit? :o :o :o

Sounds to me as it's all downhill from here. ;) ;) ;)

Congrats!

Happy birthday Glen, such a momentous occassion I just had to nip back online.

It's amazing how many people I know 50 this year, I wonder if it's because we were all in the same year at Morecambe High

So that means a finance director will be/was 50 some time between last September and this August, same for one of the player's mums (she'll kill me for pointing that out).

Then there's the baby of that particular school year and the last one to turn 50 this school year, yours truly.

I'm sad to say Glen is considering retirement and putting himself out to pasture after a long and illustrious past of encouragement, banter and a productive career at the heart of the action.

Yes he's actively considering getting a season ticket in the Main Stand at the new ground.

you can't expect a man of his advancing years to stay stood up for so long...

Cheers Jim (did you get to Pedro's on the beach, near the Goan Heritage, if they're both still there?) and to everyone else for their good wishes.

I can recommend the Midland (where Mrs Shrimper took me on Sunday night). Great cocktails, fantastic food and they've really got a grip of the service since English Lakes took over.

Age is just a number, I just wish mine wasn't such a high one.
Is the glass half full or half empty? Mmmm? hard to say - but it does look like there's room for more beer!
