Match poster for Chesterfield game

Postby Morecambe FC » Tue Jan 26, 2010 12:55 pm

The games are going to start coming thick and fast after the enforced layoff. A great win against Barnet on Saturday will hopefully be followed by a good result away a Macclesfield tonight. We can then look forward to the visit of Chesterfield this Saturday 30th and the start of the final 10 countdown at Christie Park.

We got a fantastic result at Saltergate back in August, the first team to leave with any points, they are sure to want some sort of revenge. The bigger the support the better the atmosphere is and this is something the players really do pick up on.

Chesterfield have never beaten us and I really hope we can keep that record up and say they never won at Christie Park.

Forgive me if I am wrong but what I was insinuating was that if we miss automatic promotion then we play 1 more game at CP, making it 11 matches left at Christie Park.

A potential "Play Off Game" wouldn't be a "League Game". The poster clearly says "League Games".
“Britain faces a simple and inescapable choice - stability and strong Government with me, or chaos with Ed Miliband: ".

David Cameron. May 4th 2015.
So how did that work out then?

OOOPs sorry, 10 league home games left, with the potential of an additional home match in the playoffs. which would make the 11 home games which I am refering to.

(todays lesson - always fully read and understand the document before quoting)
