Wilson is suspened so redredwine different goal-scorer you need

Quite strange i was getting slaughtered the other day for suggesting 1500 its getting to a stage when you really wonder if the local people are that interested in having a football league club we certainly can't survive on gates like today

No we can't be usally we get better gates than that and some big factors of why ther gate we so low.
1. Preston V Chelsea
2. It is an FA cup weekend so some good games on the TV
3. bad weather usally puts some of part time fans off
4. we were playing Barnet which is not the best supported team in the world

I think Heysham mfc was alluding to the point that it would be an attractive game for some to go and watch live. You would need a very fast car to get out of Deepdale and get back to Morecambe.

Rumour mill has it John O'Flynne who came on after 65 minutes yesterday could be signing for the Shrews this week along with two other unknowns?

Yes some people would have gone to that game as it would seem to be a more attactive fixture and like Mark says Deepdale to Christie Park in 30 mins after a sell out game so lots of traffic around the ground would be near impossible.
