Not the best performance today. Referee shocking. No idea what the penalty was for, looking forward to seeing it on TV tonight.

That said, looked like a foul on a Barnet player in the run up to Duffy's goal, which was well taken, although I thought overall Duffy had a stinker.

I wouldn't be quite so harsh on Duffy. With Hunter and, more pertinently Wilson out, he was aurguably our only creative player today and did ok considering. He's a young winger and will blow hot and cold. If creating one goal and scoring another constitutes having a 'stinker' I hope he has many more.

Duffy had a stinker- made one and scored one- I don't think so- he looked threatening when h took people on- does not always come off- but if you don't try- Twiss had a stinker until he was put up front on his own- seriously lacking pace to get past anyone. A very entertaining game- the lads looked tired but kept at it. Panther looked good when he came on.

Parrish and duffy linked well, unlike the other flank where Adams and Twiss looked slow and jadded, untill Twiss was played upfront when he suddenly woke up, Curtis ran his socks off and Manny showed cool class when he came on. Haining never put a foot wrong and Artel looked good along side him, Jevons just need a couple of games and Barry was just Barry

IMO anyway

goes around comes around i suppose

and i thought overhaul Duffy was just about ok and you forgot to mention the first time cross for Drummond's goal, all i think he needs is a good run in the first team to get a good feel of L2

Duffy could have run riot today as the Barnet defence was so slow and if we ran at pace at them we would have had a field day. However Duffy's final ball was quite poor and he kept passing it to the outside instead of cutting in and when he did he scored.

I suppose it's like when Baker first came gradualy his final ball got better and better.

I think Wilson could have a field day today he would have had a good run at their defence abd we missed Hunters energy and running.

It's a game of opinions mate. If you want mine, it was a good game with a crap ref & liner.

There were patches of good play and quiet periods but not a crap game overall. It was a fairly good performance from us IMO.

certainly an entertaining game which is backed up by the stats of 34 shots between the two teams, both sides were better going forward than defending however we did improve greatly in the defensive department in the second half.

Its always a bit hit and miss with Duffy he cant defend and he will give the ball away at times however he can be and was today a match winner, overall i would say he had a good game.

Wayne impressed up front and deserves to keep his place in the side, we did miss Hunters ability to win the ball and the pace of Wilson to get forward down the left hand side, however lets not forget we haven't had a game for a month so we were bound to be a bit rusty. The important thing today was to pick up all three points and hopefully start another good run.

FFS...we WON!

OK not the best but it was end to end and entertaining.

MD is still to convince me, but his cross for Drummy's goal was one of the best crossed balls this season.

What a bloody player WillH is. If any player has had more influence on Arts then I've yet to meet him. The guy has suddenly become somebody who now thinks before passing the ball. No longer the long aimless punt up field.

As much as Jimbo is a crowd favourite, I wonder if he will ever get his place back?
