I use IE - is this why I had that horrible "antivirus live" virus today?

Thanks. I managed to remove it - have already had it in the past but I'll look into Windows defender...

Without getting into a big browser wars argument, you should try Opera.

Its so much faster than every other browser and once you try the speed dials you`ll never use another one.

I have Firefox, never had google so cant really compare but Firefox is so much easier to use than IE it does seem to run a bit faster and generally looks nicer too :) :)

I use Firefox the most. The one thing I dislike about it is the automatic updates. A few releases ago an update came down that caused my PC to become incredibly unstable and on another update, the browser itself kept crashing on the Mac. Later updates are stable.

Chrome has just been released for Mac. I have Chrome on the PC and it's okay, I like the same browser on both platforms, so may now try it on the Mac sometime.

So how did that work out then?

Don't know never used it but like I said never had any trouble with using Firefox so for now I will stick with it unless a better browser comes out.

You'll need to tell us which phone you're using. Doubt you'll find anything better than Opera Mini though.
