Boxing Day match prospects

Boxing Day match prospects

Postby Christies Child » Mon Dec 21, 2009 7:02 pm

Unless there is a massive change in the weather then Boxing Days clash with Accy could be in doubt.

It may be that an army of helpers is required on Boxing Day morning to make the pitch playable and if so it will bring back memories of many who worked tirelessly to get a game on many years ago by clearing the pitch of snow. Think it was v Southport but could be wrong?

The club as usual will no doubt keep the fans informed of the situation as it unfolds.

Forecast is freezing tonight and warmer the rest of week. If that's the case, the match should be on.

Hardly any snow in morecambe and none on the pitch when I drove past earlier.

Genuinely hope you are all correct.

Got caught in an absoute blizzard this pm in Kendal. Forecast is for more later in the week.

"smart arse" was enough of a response without making it personal and thus having a thread degenerate to a point where mods have to keep an eye on it all the time. If you would consider being called "a smart arse" is the same as you being called "a little sh*t" then so be it, most of us wouldn't consider it the same.

So how did that work out then?
