I never actually said we needed a new manager. What I did say was 'that if results continued as they were, then possible questions may be asked'.....that as far as I'm concerned wasn't me calling for Sammy's head, unlike certain others.

CC, everyone knows what you meant. It's just, unlike me, you try and get round it by being ambiguous. There's no point trying to disguise it.

Strange, after the Northampton match I thought I was one of the ones who wanted him to stay?

Shirley a case of mistaken identity ezz? Seem to remember you being one of the vocal majority for sticking with Sammy at the time. My thoughts at the time in an interesting thread entitled Morecambe vs Northampton (before this fixture):

If I knew how to quote myself, and could find the thread I'd have a pop
What a run, the dream of league 1 is just as strong as football league was when we were in the conference. I'm just loving the publicity, along with a new stadium........along with the fact I was right when I said this is the best squad we've ever had!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 8-) 8-) 8-) 8-) 8-) 8-) 8-) 8-) 8-) 8-) 8-) 8-) 8-) 8-) 8-) 8-) 8-) 8-) 8-) 8-) 8-) 8-) 8-)

Not just me others thought so too, even when we were draw specialists!
Get over it ;)
