Shrimps agents' fees

Shrimps agents' fees

Is the glass half full or half empty? Mmmm? hard to say - but it does look like there's room for more beer!

That's about £6 a head for every regular home Fan ~ What a bargain eh?

Although to see the likes of Duffy, Craney, Panther & Jevons on the Park it's not bad business in the context of things 8-)

The total for League 2 in this period was £200,000 with 13 Clubs not paying for the Agents services.

£9,400 to much in my opinion

I really don't undertsnad why players can't negiate etc themselves and save themselves a few quid as they don't have to give the agent their cut. Surley the extra they negotiate in the end just covers the agents bill.

I see Gary Neville this week made a few comments about agents and how some players can't even buy a fridge without them.

P/T I think that players now come into football and just have never haggled their way themselves, they wouldn't know what to do now if the chance arose. Maybe they think they could miss out on a bigger pay check, or maybe they're just lazy.
It is a lot to be paying, but I guess I'm happy with the players that we have.
Get over it ;)

I seem to remember reading that the PFA will negotiate on behalf of players as part of their membership benefits. I wonder why more players dont take this up thus negating any need to employ an agent?

It could be a lot worse. If you look at Lutons Agents expenses for last season it cost them £47,500 to get relegated!

Bit hypocritical seeing that i've read two threads now both having you doing the same thing but in a different way to whom your moaning about. Why not just stay on topic, or send him a PM instead of making the thread about yourself.
