This has sod all to do with the council! Plans have been submitted by the club and representatives. We have decided on the lower capacity, not Lancaster City Council

Give the board credit, they have to give CC something to "wonder if the board have considered".

So why might the new ground only have 3 parts to it, is it a funding problem, planning problem ???
