Pre match rituals and memories of Christie Park

Pre match rituals and memories of Christie Park

Postby ockers » Thu Nov 19, 2009 2:38 pm

This idea has been done before but I though it would be a good idea now for what we all do before going down to watch the lads at Christie Park. We have had our last FA cup game and that has provoked some great responses about matches keep those going as I’ll pick up on those and I’m sure Martin will too.

But how about getting as many pre match rituals on here before getting down to the pie?
what do we do before reaching the ground?
what about inside the ground where we normally stand?
the views the thoughts and any habits you have?
What will you miss when its all gone?
And what are your greatest and worst memories of the old ground?

Anyone wanting to write a more detailed article drop me an email or pm and let me know you can do
Cheers Sean

Everyone on here has their own matchday way of doing things that they repeat week after week. Lets get as many as we can to put in the programme !!

Well my personally ritual is before leaving the house or leaving from work I kiss the Morecambe badge, yes I said kiss.

Then once I get to the ground I have to go to my usual spot which is behind the goals at the 2nd tier barrier on the right hand side.
