I'd be very happy with a draw but a scabby 0-1 would be just the ticket and the perfect ending to a great fortnight before going back to work ;)

if we play like we did against Carlisle, 0-2.

if we play like we did last time we were there, 2-0

I think it will be somewhere in the middle, 1-1.

I'd take a point right now. if we get turned over we're no worse off than last season. if we win that would be a brucie bonus.

my prediction however is....0-0

It seems unreal that we are finally here, our second season in the football league starts tommorrow :D Thank god, although the friendlies are important for fitness etc, i can't wait for the proper stuff to begin.

I'll go for a 1-1 draw, Drummond to open our account for this season :) If we win the majority of games at home, and draw the majority of games away, i'll be very happy ;)

If we play like we did last year, we don't deserve diddly squat!

There again I only saw one half of the game last season :?

Sorry Ben ;)

I think it's daft to make a prediction like this for the first game of the season but Sporting Life's betting zone thinks we can win tomorrow and in another article recommends investing in us getting promotion. I don't think they've grasped our difficulties scoring enough goals last season

the link is: http://www.bettingzone.co.uk/football/b ... 31900.html

fingers crossed for tomorrow

WW are a big strong physical team and will certainly be in with a shout of the play-offs, if we can go there and get a drab, defensive, boring 0-0, i will be delighted. Before you shoot the messenger, there are loads of places we can go to and play open, attacking football, but WW is not one of them. I would expect the team to start with 1 up front with a packed midfield.

Morecambe to score quite early, Carr. ;)

Wycombe will score in the 63rd minute making it 1-1.

Rene Howe will score in the 78th minute to win it for us.

2-1 ;)
