yes please! Hurry up and sort it... TODAY!!!

I had a meeting in Warrington on Thursday, then a leaving do there on Friday, then Norwich on Saturday.

Hospital appointment came through for Thursday, so apologies sent for the meeting. Still, come across Friday, get rather drunk, then Norwich on Saturday.

But Carlisle & the ref had other ideas, so now it's just the leaving do on Friday. As much as I like the person who is leaving, I can't see me getting across for just the drinks. Re-arrange the Bury match and it's game on again! 8-)

However, always seems a better atmosphere at night games to my mind .....

Sammy and Mark Lillis always too express their liking to night games.

Also too at night games we always attract North Lancs League players who would otherwise have been playing themselves on Saturday afternoon's.

Personally I too would like the Saturday game but I think these things are sort of set in stone by the FL and can only be changed if the TWO clubs agree - don't know if anything has been arranged yet?????

Incredible!

I remember when FA Cup games that drew on a Saturday were re-played on the following Tuesday.

Now the league can't organise a league game given 11 days notice...even though it appears both clubs would prefer a Saturday.

It is quite bizarre that there "isn't enough time" to organise it... What would we have done had we actually beaten Carlisle and had a game against Norwich?

Ah well, saves me another donation to the Dick Turpin of the Irish Sea.

how can there not have been eough time to organise the game? Bury went out of the cup at Aldershot without a replay so they would have known even more thab 10 days before that it were possible that both clubs would have had a free weekend and the game could have been brought forward.
