I have never witnessed a performance like he gave. Bentley never got near him, and if he did , big Jim bounced off him, every time the ball was played up it stuck like glue, held it up and played perfect passes. for his colleagues.
As well as scoring, he was instrumental in all there goals.
Consequently we were outplayed by a far better team.Unfortunately.

he was dangerous and had a shoot on sight policy



i wish Jevons would do that, he frustrates me to fcuk he as so much ability and should score double the goals he does

Yep, class act at this level. Only 5'11" but a 13 and a half stone hunk that could barely run in the last 20 minutes. Heard the calls of "you fat b******" early doors but he soon shut them up!.

Read the game very well. Reminded me of Jan Molby the way the ball stuck to him 8-)

Yeah somebody on here said 17 and a half. I'm just going by the Northampton Club website.

Maybe he was only that when he arrived there 2 years ago :lol:

Somebody apparently found him hiding in the luggage bay of the team bus
