Hope you took your tent home with you Marky!

Went past the site yesterday and the amount of rubbish and abandoned tents was astounding!

Looks like a good time was had though!

The hotel we were at yesterday, £3.50 a pint for bitter or lager.

I went to a festival last year and just about half the tents were abandoned at the end of the weekend. There was a charity there though that was collecting them for shelter in countries affected by earthquakes and tidal waves and such like.

Can't remember seeing any tents as the horses passed the winning post - there was a lot of litter tho'. One guy in front of me spent £37.00 on his round of plastic glasses :o

Apologies. I thought you were at the Festival near Kendal. I was actually a little envious.

I wanted to go to that festival too Mark, I mentioned it to Matty but he was still spitting pond water out of his mouth!! :lol:

I really wanted to see Seaside Riot, Morecambe based band with Morecambe fans in group.
Ex Tin Soldiers if you remember them.
