have your views changed?

I wonder how many people still have the same pridiction from the rest of the season as they did before the season started i know it is still early days yet but many people (myself included) thought that with a bit of look we could maybe push for a play off spot I still think this dispite not having the start we had hoped for the team is stronger than last season and I think it is only a matter of time before the results start to come and we begin to move up the table of course the mail focus is to be a football leauge side when we move into the new stadium and anything more than that is a bonus but I think results will come soon in the next few games we have the chance to test ourselves against teams like Rotherham, Notts County and Bradford agist Rochdale I think many people thought that we would walk away with the 3 points KH must have had a word at half time because they were a much much better side in the second half and were unlucky not to get the 3 points in the end i would have taken a point before the game but in the end it felt like we had lost i hope we can learn something from this for the future we need to try to kill off teams rather than sit back and let them come at us still there is a long way to go yet untill Aldershot on the last day of the season hopefully by they we will be at the right end of the table!

My view has not changed at all and I remain confident we'll be above half way and probably knocking on the door of the play offs BUT these next few games are going to be VERY tough and I wouldn't be surprised if we hold up the entire league for a week or so (but I hope not) but saying that I'm confident that with the squad Sammy has now assembled we'll be moving up the league in a few weeks time. We might be down there at the moment but its only because once again we're drawing too many games but at the end of the day we've only lost 2! Many more teams above us have lost that many or more so everyone stop worrying its a marathon not a sprint! UP THE SHRIMPS

At the current rate, Aspers is on for the win! But to be fair, he's only best so far because Ned refused to enter!

So how did that work out then?

My view hasn't changed.

I can still see the Ashton Memorial from one window in my bedroom, and if the sea is in from the other. :P
