Questions , Questions ...Questions !!!!

Well last season you'll remember we went like this in our opening 6 games:
Barnet [H] -Drew
PNE[A] CC -Won
Wrexham [A] -Lost
Mansfield [H] -Won
Wolves [A] - Won
Notts C [A] -Drew
2 Draws 3 Wins 1 Lost

Not bad at all !

This time around I'd settle for :
Wycombe [A] -Draw
Notts F [A] -Draw .. bring em back to ours for a win !
Rotherham [H] -Win
Bury [A] -Lose
D & R [H]- Win
Shrewsbury[H] -Win

2 Draws 3 Wins 1 Lost
A bit ambitious I suppose - but do..able

I think we will be ok this season and finish mid table anything more than that would be a bounus.

carling cup well we allready have a fantastic draw at Notthingham Forest if we get past them it would be great to draw a premiership club

JPT we did very well last season hope this season will be just a good hope we draw Leeds in one of the rounds though ;)

FA cup would like to us to draw Morecambe reserves if they get through would be Great to see Jim Harvey again and all the lads :D

After last seasons performance at Wycombe i gave us no chance next week but seeing the players gel together yesterday and the extra pace and options we have i am much more optimistic... we won't be bringing Forest back to CP tho - if it is a draw then its penalties :x

Summed up my thoughts exactly. I expect Wycombe to be right up there at the end of the season, so a tough opening fixture but yesterday we looked good and solid, with some nice passing movements. Still concerned about who will actually put the ball in the net but generally I think we look much better than last season.

David Cameron. May 4th 2015.
So how did that work out then?

I think we'll do ok in the league and I hope we'll be at least pushing for a play off spot.

Carling Cup: I think after last season's success, Forest may be as ready for us as Sheffield Utd were last season. It could be tough.

JPT: We've as good a chance as we had last season.

FA Cup: Could do with an easy draw to set us on our way. United or Liverpool away in the third round would be wonderful and do the club's bank balance no harm either.

I can just see Garry Hunter scoring in the last min at Old Trafford to give us a 1-0 win and the result of the season :D
