I wasn't worried...

...I knew I'd screwed them all up!

I was very worried so my dad took me to Leek town to take my mind off it :o

The things is back then we didn't really go to away games so it was a one off just so I wasn't sat there all night stressing about my results.

Blimey I wish I had stayed at home stressing about my results.

What a night to decide we would start going to away games.

Well done Crooky and Morecamber.

I remember mine ('O' Levels) very well. My Dad promised me £10 for an A, £5 for a B and nothing for a C. I asked him if he'd take £20 for an A and nothing for a B or C. He said yes.

I got 1 A, 9 Bs and 1C. I did myself for £35. Gutted.

my daughter gets her results tomorrow, one problem of taking an end of summer term holiday but we celebrated the unknown results and some old farts birthday tonight.

I hope she gets the grades she needs Brian.

We went through this with our daughter and it's a nervous time for us parents to.

It's a farce that they get their results at most two working days before school starts again. In Helen's case, there was a major decision to be made based on the results. Fortunately the results came in better than expected and she'll be starting her new school on Tuesday.
