Morecambe FC Bus - whats the latest ?

:D :D
you could get sven to unvail it
....not as daft as it sounds.

The publicity value alone could be exploited to its maximum....and think of the kudos for the main sponsor.
Bloody stupid idea. Morecambe Bus, Morecambe Unveiling.
Think of the bigger picture and the publicity value to our club on a wider stage than just in the local area.

All the hard work the lads have put in for it to be unveiled by an unfaithful crap manager.

after disappointing performances it was announced in January 2006 that Eriksson would step down after the World Cup in that June, which England subsequently exited at the quarter-final stage

Shinawatra wished to replace Eriksson in May 2008 after only one full season, because of an "avalanche of very poor results which is unacceptable at this level".

On 3 June 2008, he was officially signed to become the manager of the Mexican national team, despite mass protests by the Mexican fans. He was sacked on 2 April 2009. Immediately afterwards, the Mexican fan's association held a "victory rally"

Eriksson had an unremarkable playing career playing as a right-back in the lower divisions of Swedish football

That's your opinion which I respect.

However certain SV members complain quite rightly from time to time about a lack of publicity and marketing of our club. Surely this is a unique opportunity to promote ourselves on a far bigger stage than just the local media. I'm sure that the main sponsor would welcome the increased exposure.

Whether we like it or not, Sven is news irrespective of his ability to manage or not. This is a opportunity that we cannot afford to miss. Professional marketeers and publicity seeking companies would pay a pretty sum to have their name promoted by Sven and we could have it done for nothing?

I did actually include a ? at the end of the sentance which implied 'possibly'.

I can't see us agreeing on this subject can you Brian? Let's agree to differ. OK?

to clarify there are things going on in the background and stagecoach are not solely responsible for the delay unfortunately we have to deal with delays as they come but one thing I do promise is that you will love it and the wait will be well worth while :D

Also we are looking into 2 different people to unveil, sven being one as he would bring extra publicity although we would prefer a link between Morecambe and the person, we are looking into all avenue's and would hope that everyone takes note of the bus and not the person unveiling it!

Michelle infront of the bus in a Morecambe kit (nothing to smutty) would make a great picture.

and then Sven or Sammy doing the offical unveiling.

You end everything with a ? You very rarely make a "statement" without it.

We know it as the CC get-out clause.

The only possible conclusion to be drawn from this is that the battle of Gnasher and CC's respective egos is almost as big as their respective bellies.

Personally, I can't see Will letting Michelle within 10 yards of Sven, maybe 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs

Sven will need the OK from the educational authorities to land his 'copter on the school field prior to the game.

Maybe he could then catch the bus for a pre-match tour of Britain's finest prom. ;)
