shrewd signings for me. Sammy has done exactly what he said he would, he's got two players with a load of experience, that level of streetwise play that sets you apart from a newboy at this level. will also allow us not to rely too much on the boy Aaron, who I think has got bags of potential, but we don't want to ruin him.

Brilliant stuff. As Glen says, they've never let us down yet.

I think that Mark was probably more influential in this deal than Sammy, but Sammy would have had to be in agreement. That's what I call Management 'teamwork' in action

Well that's made my day, if we needed a midfielder then it was a attacking one and that's what we have got in Craney, i must admit i was disappointed when we didn't go after Jimmy Ryan but in Craney we have a player who has the ability and the experience.

In Jevons we have a experienced striker with a decent strike rate, not sure who he could play off though, Wayne possibly, Taylor's not strong enough IMO.

Plenty of competition for those midfield places now, we certainly have a strong squad which should make injuries and suspensions easier to cope with.
