New trialists tonight?

New trialists tonight?

Postby Christies Child » Tue Jul 21, 2009 7:38 am

I'm not sure if Sammy will include any new trialists tonight but I'd like to see Larkin given another run out if fit as well as the new young lad from Oldham who impressed me when he came on v Burnley.

I seem to recall at this fixture last season Sammy trialing a striker from Chester but wasn't seen again and ended up at Cambridge.

I hope that we are still in negotiations with at least one new experienced striker, 'cause we certainly need some more fire power up front on the displays to date. Defence will be OK when Jimbo gets back but Arts needs to get some form...quickly!

McStay also has been terrible when he has played. The guy on Saturday turned him inside out before he scored the first goal.

He came on at half time at Southport, although it does'nt say that on the website

I see no attempt was made to clarify the subs at the Huddersfield game as the whole lot came on in one go  Marks face was a picture
