If it's a straight question, it's as bigreddog said, either Sunday or Thursday (try going through the sentence and ticking off the days it can't be and you're left with Sunday and Thursday. (Or you've missed something out that rules out either Sunday or Thursday).

If it's a trick question then Curly's right.
