There was a programme on the tv 3 or 4 years ago about the moon landing being a con and some of the stuff they came up with was fairly convincing ????

No it wasn't faked they did actually land on the moon.

However what did happen was that NASA were concerned that the sheer momentousness of the occasion might overwhelm Armstrong or Aldren so much that they might swear. As a result NASA put in place a 10 minute delay, which gave the team the opportunity to edit comments and re-insert them into the footage.

NASA have especially released the actual footage in time for the 40th anniversary given that our tolerance for swearing has changed substantially since the 60s*.

Did anyone else watch that programme on tv not so long ago, think it was mythbusters or something alike and they did some extensive tests and put forward good arguments to suggest that the photos were hoax's and it was a setup

the outcome was that they were not fakes and that it did actually happen, but could have been faked if they had todays technology back then........

How can anyone say it was fake.

Of course it wasn't fake. Surely no one believes that any government would ever lie to its people  and I even had a dream once that a 59 year old nearly won the Open.
