Not a flashback to a news story in Morecambe of years gone by, but unfortunately another old pier ravaged by fire. Very sad.

Very sad.

I've been on that pier many years ago and in many ways it was like going back in time to my days on our former pier.

I'm sure he'll go out in a blaze of publicity. Bet it was all because of an old flame.

W-s-M is a really pleasant place.
And it's good to hear that the owner has already made his intentions clear about re-building the pier.
One big plus point about the prom area is the number of free, spotless and attended lavs.

W-s-M has spotless lavs,
Morecambe has spotty chavs...

Both towns are without piers
