The real concern

The real concern

Postby Ned » Mon Jul 28, 2008 2:47 pm

Okay the manager has almost completed his influx of new signings which he stated (prior to seeing some of them play) would ensure league status survival. Quite understandably the natives are getting restless on the lack of quality on show from several of the new recruits and it is hard to imagine they will somehow obtain the required pace and skill by virtue of playing a few more friendlies. One has to question the wisdom of signing players without seeing them.

Wa-heyy! Welcome back Ned (though, after a 'defeat' I suppose it was to be expected).

Never mind, great to have you back.

Though I think it's only fair to warn you, you have now been sussed. You are clearly Sammy Mac's agent in disguise, putting forward absurd criticism merely to elicit a positive 'pro Sam' backlash which you, as agent, can then use as evidence of widescale public support to be used next time you negotiate an improved contract for your man.

A bit sly, but carry on, we're all with you.
Is the glass half full or half empty? Mmmm? hard to say - but it does look like there's room for more beer!

Sounds as though he's really pissed that some of his recommendations have been kicked out.....possibly because Sammy HAS seen them play!

when it comes to this level of either A- Wind up merchant or B- wouldn't know a decent footballer if he fell over one in a supermarket, it really is best left alone.

Any real Morecambe fan will tell you that our signings have been - overall - excellent.

We caused some shock last season and with our current squad, I think we can do it again. Our momentum has not been stopped, thanks to Sammy.

I've seen 5 of them before they signed, does that count?
