Easy recipe for dinner.

During the bad ass no football season I have decided to share recipes with all and sundry.
Please feel free to add yours.
I hope your buns look like Fanny's (or something equally funny from Fanny Craddocks Husband)

Marmalade glazed Pork Cutlets.
I have made this a few times, It is beautiful.
Half a cup of Red Wine, (can be left over wine best if its dry not sweet)
third of a cup orange marmalade
1 clove garlic crushed (1 teaspoon minced)
third cup fresh OJ ( can be orange cordial if no fresh oj available)
1 tablespoon olive oil (no need for extra virgin, home brand will do)
4 pork cutlets
Put wine, marmalade, garlic and OJ in a small saucepan bring to boil and remove as soon as its boiled.

In a big frying pan heat Olive Oil and cook pork to desired cookishness, brush cutlets constantly with glaze.

Serve with steamed rice, and maybe Bok Choy with soy sauce.
1 cutlet each serves 4.

Beans on Toast.

Take 3 slices of your finest sliced bread (or more if your feeling adventurous)
place into a toaster for around 3-4 minutes (or under the grill for a more personal touch)
open a tin of beans and pour into a saucepan and heat until it bubbles.
then take the toast out of the grill/toaster and spread some nice butter on it.
cut 2 of the slices in half.
place the full slice of toast in the centre of a plate and arrange the triangular slices as you wish around the whole piece.
then pour the beans straight from the pan onto the toast and enjoy

Beans on Toast..... DONE

;) ;) ;)
