sorry but its just slightly off putting knowing that my post has been deleted because i asked if there was anywhere in the area which held jewish services as i am new around here. if that is too much to ask why not just say in the post instead of just brashly deleting it.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion however calling someone "racist scum" is libel unless you have hard evidence to prove your claim.

You forget that when you registered on the forum, you accepted to abide by the rules. Maybe you should have read them rather than just tick the accept box and move on. No one has done anything you haven't agreed to let them do.

As somebody who regularly gets slated by certain posters on SVs I can quite confidently say that the Mods and the vast majority of others are NOT racist in any way. In fact this site is probably the most tolerate of many similar forums. What does unfortunately wind people up is certain posters who tend to start new threads of subjects already being discussed, a habit more popular with those nearing their retirement age!

Stay with us, you'll get into the banter very quickly. You'll soon become aware of the small number who take pleasure in winding others up. In fact you'll soon realise that it is those who hardly ever start a thread, who are the most critical of others.

At the end of the day, it's only a bit of fun that shouldn't be taken too seriously.

First of all. I have no idea if anything was deleted or not and if so by whom. There is nothing in any log about it.

Second of all, I have never known any post being deleted on the grounds of religion, unless it is either contentious, racist, or hate mongering.

Thirdly to make accusations about Moderators being racist is quite a serious matter. To say that other members have told you that this is the case is not only an insult to our intelligence but a personal insult to all members. You do realise that just because this is cyber space, defamation laws still apply dont you? Dont think a hotmail or whatever address while hide your annonymity, it wont, we can trace you through the electronic fingerprint your PC leaves when you post on here.

The caps shouting wasn't accidental, he's been told about it before and his caps lock key is working if you check Jason's other posts this morning.

Although he has been politely PM'd with reasons the racist comments should be removed and has since removed the racist scum comment, Jason still says "I FIND THIS CHAT ROOM TO BE INSTITUTIONALLY RACIST".
